Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to customers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and secure shipping.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Delays

Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may request an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

Products may qualify for exchange if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received is different from the item ordered.

Exchange Request Timeframe

Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order to request an exchange.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Non-Eligible Exchange Items

Exchange requests may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
  • Requests made after the specified exchange period.

Exchange Approval Process

Once the product is received and inspected, our team will review the request. If approved, a replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), China Mart may cover the exchange shipping costs. In other cases, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
